Payment:
At this time we only accept PayPal™ in our online store. You can use PayPal™ to pay even if you don't have a PayPal™ account. PayPal™ is one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, PayPal™ payments are sent without sharing financial information - your credit card or bank account number. PayPal™ never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants. Local residents that opt to pick up their purchases in person may also pay in cash. Please see "Pickup" below.
Shipping:
We now offer flat-rate shipping within Canada via Canada Post. Expediated Parcel includes a tracking number and up to $100 of insurance.

We ask that US and international customers contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing. We recycle packaging materials from our suppliers whenever possible to cut down on waste. Many handmade products are custom made to order and turn-around time is indicated on the product listing. We ship the next business day whenever possible.
Pickup:
Local pickup of your purchase is available for Halifax area residents. Please indicate local pickup at checkout, and shipping will not be charged. You may either pay by PayPal by the website, or pay by cash in person. Pickup is by appointment only. Local pickup is not available for Booda Bellie, CuddlyWrap™, Messie Jessie™, Lil' Banditz or AppleCheeks™ products, as these are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Layaway:
Layaway is available on purchases $50 or more. After filling your cart proceed with checkout and enter coupon code “layaway”, this will update your total to reflect a 25% deposit. The remainder of your total will be charged in 25% increments to the same PayPal account every 2 weeks until it is completely paid. Once paid in full, your order will ship. There will be a 10% restocking fees if you decide to cancel your order, the rest will be refunded via PayPal.
Returns:
Enchanted Forest will gladly refund your money less a 10% restocking fee for unwashed, undamaged products in resaleable condition and original manufactured packaging (when applicable). Washed, used, clearance and custom items (custom onesies, knit hats & booties, diapers) are non-returnable. If you need to return something, please contact us before doing so. Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges. Returns must be received back within 30 days of original purchase. We're not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please consider insuring them or using delivery confirmation.
Exchanges:
Enchanted Forest will exchange unwashed/unused products for similar products without a restocking free as long as no refund is necessary. You are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order. If you need to send something back for exchanging please contact us before doing so. Items must be received back within 30 days of original purchase. Custom orders (custom onesies, knitted hats, cloth diapers) cannot be exchanged.
Defective Merchandise:
Manufactured defective products are usually exchanged or repaired by the product manufacturer. You may either contact the manufacturer directly or contact Enchanted Forest about an exchange or repair. Defective products must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
We, nor our manufacturers, are responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. In most cases, care instructions are shipped with the product, but if you need further guidance on how to properly care for your purchases, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help!
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates do not expire and can be used towards any purchase. Any un-used portion of a gift certificate can not be refunded.
Privacy:
We value your privacy. Your personal information including your email address, street address, phone number and order history will not be sold to any individual or company.
