Returns and Exchanges Policies
Returns & Exchanges (on purchases made after June 1st, 2021)
Enchanted Forest cheerfully accepts returns and exchanges on most regularly-priced, re-saleable products (unopened, unwashed, in original undamaged packaging) with receipt. Returns within 14 days will be refunded to the original purchaser, to original payment tendered. Store credit only will be issued for gifts and for returns from 15-45 days. Please note: any seasonal items including seasonal footwear may only be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase,due to the nature of these items.
No returns without receipt. Unsealed personal care products, potties, menstrual products, and all sale/clearance items are final sale. Returns outside these parameters are subject to management approval and may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
If you need to return something and are not a local customer, please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping your package back to Enchanted Forest.
Condition: Unless the product is defective, Enchanted Forest must be able to resell any items that are returned; this means that all items (including any packaging) must be in perfect condition with all tags attached. Enchanted Forest reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any products that we feel are not re-saleable based on evidence of use, damaged contents or packaging, odour, etc.
Exceptions: Washed, used, clearance and custom items are non-returnable, nor are baby slings & carriers if security seal is broken. Potty and feminine hygiene products are final sale, as are personal care/bath products, bedding, diaper sprayers, sippy cups/bottles, and breast pumps & accessories.
Online returns: Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges. If you received Free Shipping based on a minimum and returned items drop your order total below this minimum shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Enchanted Forest is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please consider insuring them or using delivery confirmation.Manufacturers defects & Warranties: Products of a defective nature are usually handled directly through the original manufacturer, and Enchanted Forest is happy to direct you to the appropriate company for warranty claims. Costs associated with the return of a product for evaluation under warranty (shipping charges) may not be assumed by the manufacturer or distributor. We, nor our manufacturers, are responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. In most cases, care instructions are shipped with the product, but if you need further guidance on how to properly care for your purchases, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help!
