Bio-Soft liners make clean-up a breeze. There's no need to sacrifice convenience when you choose cloth diapers - there will be no rinsing of poopy cloth diapers in the toilet. Bio-Soft liners contain the solid waste: you simply discard the soiled liner in the toilet and flush away the mess.
*when using cloth diapers that feature synthetic fabrics like suede-cloth against baby’s skin (as in many “pocket” type diapers), we recommended choosing the large size of liner to ensure that it does not move around inside the diaper
Bio-soft liners are highly biodegradable, however the flushing of any product like this can cause blockage in old or damaged drains or very sensitive septic systems. If this is your experience, please discard pee-soaked liners in the garbage and let soiled liners soak a few minutes in the toilet before flushing so that they can absorb some water and break down a bit before they are released into your septic system.
Could have been happier
While I like the feel of this liner, super soft, it did not do what I was hoping. The description read that if using a synthetic diaper that you should buy the size large so it would not move around. I bought the large and still find that the liner bunches up inside the diaper and doesn't really do what I was hoping. I usually only use these when I need to put a little zinc cream on baby, which isn't very often, and it makes me nervous to use them now because I don't want to ruin my diapers from the cream
I started using the large liners after going from exclusively breastfeeding to introducing solids as a way to catch poop before washing my diapers. They have worked wonderfully and are the only liners I will use. I didn't bother with a diaper sprayer or anything as I found the liners did their job at catching everything to go in the trash and my diapers remained unscathed! They make poopy diaper cleanup a breeze. The only downside is having to fold in the sides a bit when placing them on the diaper to ensure they remain inside the diaper and not poking out the legs.
I find these work most of the time to get most of the sold poop off but they bunch too much to really be totally effective. Especially when the wrong diaper cream gets used. Good to use, they are better then nothing but I would recommend using a different brand bio liner that is available here.
